To run a successful ecommerce business, you need full control over your product data, pricing, and campaigns. The User Fundamentals training is designed to give you the knowledge and confidence to work efficiently in Norce Commerce’s Admin tool.

This course is ideal for users and super users, but if you’re a business consultant, project manager, solution architect, or work in technical presales, you’ll also gain valuable insights into how to manage products, pricing, and promotions within Norce Commerce.

The course is split up into two half-day sessions, allowing you to balance training with your daily work.

How it works

The training is held online via Microsoft Teams, allowing you to participate from wherever you are. You’ll receive a Teams link the day before the course starts.

The training is split into two afternoon sessions. Each session starts at 09:00 and runs for approximately 3 hours, with short breaks included.

All Norce Academy classes are designed to be interactive, so feel free to ask questions and engage with the content to get the most out of your training.

  1. Introduction to Norce Commerce – overview of the platform and its capabilities
  2. How to import, create, enrich, and manage products in the Admin tool

    Part 2: Managing Pricing, Campaigns & Shopping Processes (09:00-12:00)
  3. Setting up and managing pricing and price lists for different markets, channels, customers, and companies
  4. Creating and handling promotions and campaigns
  5. Managing shopping processes and understanding how they function within Norce Commerce
