In the role of DevOps Engineer, you'll join a team responsible for the continued development, stability, and performance of our platform. You'll work closely with both developers and operations colleagues and have the opportunity to influence our technical choices – particularly within container infrastructure, CI/CD, and database environments. Our environment runs in Azure with AKS, and we work according to GitOps principles.
We value structure, clarity, and curiosity, and see learning as a natural part of everyday life. You don't need to know everything from the start. The most important thing is that you want to contribute and are interested in growing together with the team.
This role suits you if you:
-
Thrive in a modern DevOps environment with container-based infrastructure.
-
Enjoy close collaboration with developers, operations, and other specialists.
-
Want to influence how we work with automation, scalability, and technical quality.
-
Are self-reliant but find it natural to ask for help when needed.
Experience we believe will help you in this role:
-
Azure, especially AKS (required). Experience with DNS or Azure AD (AAD) is also a plus.
-
Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, preferably against Azure. Basic experience is sufficient – you'll receive good support from the team.
-
GitOps with ArgoCD – we'd like you to have used and configured ArgoCD and understand how application states are managed in Git.
-
Grafana stack – we run Grafana on-premise and are looking for someone accustomed to working with the configuration and maintenance of the stack, not just dashboards.
-
Microsoft SQL Server, primarily on Linux. We need expertise in operations, performance analysis, and managing SQL jobs – even if you're not a pure DBA.
-
Linux – most of what we run is Linux-based, so good system familiarity is important.
-
Scripting and automation, e.g., with Bash or PowerShell, to simplify and streamline recurring tasks.
-
Experience with NginX is a plus, but not a requirement.
