What is Click & Collect?

 

Click & Collect facilitates a consumer’s ability to purchase an item online; and then, choose to pick up that item in a physical store. That is to say that the customer reserves the item in the online store, for in-store pick-up.

This is especially useful, if the pick-up location is close to the customer's home, or on a route that the customer regularly travels. Then, s/he can combine the retrieval of the purchased item(s), with other errands or tasks.
