Strategic Account Manager

Do you want to work at the heart of digital commerce, building long-term partnerships with some of the Nordic region’s most ambitious retailers, brands and B2B companies? We are looking for a Strategic Account Manager who combines strong commercial drive with strategic insight to nurture existing customer relationships and proactively grow revenue.

As a Strategic Account Manager at Norce, you will own a portfolio of our most important customers, securing retention and driving Net Revenue Retention (NRR) by identifying growth opportunities and collaborating closely with our solution partners to deliver added value. Your mission is to create value for both the customer and Norce by strengthening relationships, uncovering commercial opportunities, and leading initiatives that generate measurable business impact. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, solution partners, and internal teams to build lasting partnerships and support customers as their needs and ambitions evolve.

Experience we believe will help you succeed:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, strategic account management, or customer success –preferably within SaaS, technology, or other complex, solution-based industries.
  • Proven success managing and growing large strategic accounts, securing long-term partnerships, and driving profitable growth.
  • Strong track record in leading contract negotiations and renewals that deliver solid commercial results.  

  • Experience working within the ecommerce sector and collaborating closely with solution partners to deliver the best possible value to customers.

  • Solid technical understanding with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and with business impact.
